Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other internal departments to achieve business objectives
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
  • Cover phone shifts as required to support internal and external communication
  • Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple priorities in both remote and in-office settings
