Qualifications and Skills
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively within the team and across the company

- English language proficiency, both written and spoken (mandatory)

- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service role or aviation field is an asset
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to ensure efficient daily operations
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other internal departments to achieve business objectives
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
- Cover phone shifts as required to support internal and external communication
- Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple priorities in both remote and in-office settings
